About
I am a PhD scholar at IIT Dharwad and one of the founding members of the BioM3D lab. My doctoral research focuses on generating case-specific 3D geometric models from medical image data โ spanning CT/micro-CT segmentation, mesh reconstruction, smoothing analysis, and morphological characterization of complex branched topologies such as vascular networks and plant root systems.
I am actively seeking employment opportunities and research collaborations at the intersection of computational mechanics, medical imaging, and machine learning.

PhD Thesis
"Case-specific 3D models of arbitrarily complex branched topologies for modelling morphology and growth"
Developing an end-to-end pipeline from CT/micro-CT acquisition through multi-algorithm segmentation, Marching Cubes reconstruction, spectral mesh smoothing, to morphological analysis of vascular and biological networks. Statistical characterisation of voxel-resolution-induced surface errors across geometries. Validated on micro-CT printed phantoms.
